SOUTH SIDE OF 8th Ave between East 12th and Foothill: Lots of debris blocking sidewalk and making it difficult for pedestrians to walk. On 8th Ave between 12th and International, this is debris and an encampment. On 8th Ave between International and Foothill, there are many old bicycles and bicycle parts and tents blocking sidewalk. It is becoming progressively worse by the week. Now it is the worst ever.
