Beschreibung

This is my yearly complaint that keeps going unanswered. I'm so tired of reporting this every year. The sidewalk in front of my house floods when it rains and is an ice skating rink in the winter. The two trees are pushing the sidewalk up causing it to pitch towards my step. I will be sending the same complaint to the mayor's office since nobody seems to care.
