Vacant/abandoned house. The weeds are growing high in the back yard and the pool is holding stagnant green water. The city has been out here twice and nothing has been done. The owner refuses to do anything. The rats, armadillos, opossum and raccoon run rampant. Also, the water in the pool is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and is not secure.
