Harriett has been calling for the last several days in regards to the tree issue at the above address. She's in desperate need to have the issue taken care of. She made numerous attempts within the past 3 years through us and her Alderperson with whom informed her that they spoke with Fernando about being placed on a tree list. Her fear is that the tree will come down while she's at home. She also stated she spoke with rebecca who told her that she's now on the list as a Priority 1. It's been several months and nothing has happened. Please assist.
