The sidewalk block popped up, I saw a pedestrian trip & almost fall on this one just this morning.

Thanks for photos. They can help locate issue better. Address range listed is 300-358 State St which is broad. Perhaps you have a specific number on State. It helps. We' ll recheck.

I don't have a specific address, but it's right on the side of the Subway at the corner of State & Chapel.
