Description
July 30, 2010, 2:15pm, SEPTA orange van parked on Northwestern Ave, idling for at least 30 minutes, there was a number on the back. It was FIN, then four digits including 010. (Sorry I didn't get the number better.) I have not seen this vehicle idling here before, but I'm very rarely here.

Clean Air Council is gathering data to identify idling hot spots. The Council reports these hot spots to Air Management Services, which allows for targeted enforcement. Orange SEPTA vans are often maintenance vehicles. Was this vehicle doing any sort of work at the time it was idling? There is an exemption in the idling laws for vehicles that are working at the time they are idling. Please continue to help us by reporting idling offenses.
Thanks for your help!
