A. Parking lot. unkept. tall weeds. always always always garbage. It's really sad that nobody else cares but there is garbage there all the time. And I don't know if the neighbors don't care but it's really repulsive and whoever owns that parking lot should be fined and sued. Jersey city residents should be embarrassed too.
