There is a grey and white pitbull that I have seen wander around the neighborhood multiple times, it has knocked over our garbage cans and ripped apart the trash all over the driveway every time we see him. I have called police and animal control everytime he comes around but they seem to have done nothing. PLEASE catch the dog, he's skinny with dangling nipples and is grey and white. The mailman said he thought the dog belonged to someone down the road but if that's the case they are abusing it b/c the you can see the dog's ribs. PLEASE HELP. Thanks!!
