Yes. I live across the street from the Rugby Road side. It is disgusting. The commercial garbage bin is over flowing with trash 4 nights out of the week. John's puts out the garbage from his rental building for Tuesday pick-up on Monday morning....clearly a violation. He needs a bigger bin for his bakery business and he needs to put that bin in the back of his store....and he needs to get a gate to hide his garbage. I have photos available.

I agree. John's Bakery on the Rugby Rd side is disgusting.

After my complaint two days ago....today I watched John with a sanitation inspector (with a cup of coffee in his hand) go to John's car and accept a free t-shirt (black letters with john's logo) so I guess if you are friends and get a free t-shirt you get to keep your hideous garbage situation status-quo....not matter what the rules are....

The Department of Sanitation has informed us the location was clean when inspected Wednesday and today. The only days where garbage is found along the Rugby Road side of John's Bakery is on Tuesdays and Fridays, the regular collection days for the area. Therefore, there is no cause for action at this time. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
