I was going to ask if that was Dora! So glad she is reunited with her family. :)

This is the email I received from the woman with whom the dog belongs:
Dear Lisa,
Thank you so much for your prompt action. Lucy is home on Eld Street safe and sound thanks to your efforts...many people helped, especially Barbara who ran out with me with a piece of chicken that Lucy was unable to resist. Tennis balls no longer do it for her.
Lucy lives in Alexandria, Virgina and is visiting while her parents are touring Thailand and Bali. She has tags but pulled her leash off her collar one day causing the tags to bend ;and go flying...I need to get them reattached. Lucy is adorable but quite rambunctious and she loves to escape!!! Unfortunately, a gardener moved all the junk I had stuffed into the one hole in the fence between my backyard and the Giampietro's house and Lucy found this route to freedom before her Grandma knew it existed.
I am so greatful to Block Watch and SoHu for your help!!
