Mô tả
This was not really an ILLEGAL dumping but rather it's a reporting of a dead deer that is a health concern. It is starting to bloat from being in the heat. It needs to be picked up and disposed of quickly to prevent the attraction of rats and other unwanted animals.
Thank You,
John

After a phone call to the Oakland animal control office on Labor Day, the deer was picked up within two hours!
Thank You for such prompt service.
