Excessive noise by cars driving along Telegraph/Broadway in the 17th to 19th st area; Fox Theatre area very early morning (1am-2am), late at night (11pm onwards) is getting worse -- loud music and revving engines, modified engines, etc. Have called non-emergency police when cars causing noise are parked (have remained parked for several hours) with loud music and alcohol drinking on the sidewalk and no one responded then, have not responded to any further noise complaints.
