Please clarify "using equipment improperly'. Idling is under the jurisdiction of the police dept. Please call the police non-emergency number in the event this happens again.

Using high low to move 6' steel rods. And thank you for the info on the idling.

Well I wouldn't have a clue where to find that info. So, whatever happens will happen.

Fields (Katerra) are blocking other resident driveways. As you can see in the picture, the car was left on and unattended not allowing residents to come in and out of their own driveway. Yesterday with lack of knowledge concerning the weight of the steel on the company's own small flatbed pictured behind the truck, the small bed ended up scraping the street leaving debris and a noticeable large scratch in the pavement. The flatbed portion of the truck was left overnight not fastened to anything on the street and still sits there now. According to the permits they have they are not allowed to park commercial equipment overnight. This has been a reoccurring problem and the residents have been patient with the countless violations that the company has committed. Please address.

The city is giving this site too much leeway, bordering on suspect.

company will be notified about working in neighborhood but if vehicles breaking law then the police should be contacted.
