This is a blight on the complete street and traffic and parking will not even attempt to resolve the issue by discussing with the appropriate departments a more reasonable solution-like parking them on State Street in a 12 hour zone.

I walked up Orange Street this morning and counted 25 cars with ATF, DEA, Police, ICE and all the other letters of the alphabet. The meter maid I passed said it was out of control and they are everywhere. Think of the loss of income from not being able to give tickets as well as the point made earlier of WHERE DO THE CITIZENS AND TAXPAYERS PARK NEAR CITY HALL.
I agree there must be a better solution to this issue.

Traffic and Parking have any ideas-how about a phone call or two to a few department heads to work a temp solution or are they just ignoring the problem ???

Is it possible that there are fake permits being made, theres way too many permits for the number of cars out there !!!

I saw this the other day when trying to park so I could get to City Hall... thouht it was a convention or something.

Significant reduction in number of police, DEA, and ATF. ICE is still there, same two cars.

WILL NOT CLOSE ISSUE UNTIL I KNOW IF THIS WAS JUST A MATTER THAT THE GARAGE CONSTRUCTION WAS FINISHED OR THAT SOMEONE ACTUALLY DID SOMETHING.

I see that with all the comments that ICE is still parking 3-4 cars a day every day all day. Thanx for making it harder for the citizens of THIS COUNTRY to do business at City hall.
Federal Goverment having no respect for its citizens. Reminds me of the Bush era.Hey ICE leave those people alone they work harder than you ever will-what have they done to you??.
ICE should be ashamed of itself .Besides the Mayor gave them ID cards what does that say about your orginazation???
Any comment parking violaters. BTW the law regarding federal vehicles specifically states while in the course of business. sitting at your desk for eight hours a day doesn't count.

NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THE "I'M ABOVE THE LAW" ICE AGENTS WHO FEEL ITS THEIR RIGHT TO PARK ON THE STREET.

ATLEAST THE OTHER AGENCIES GOT THEIR SPOTS BACK OR MOVED.
