I have also called several times today with no answer at ext. 3. Ext. 1 doesn't work at all, and the person who answered ext. 2 offered no help at all. I wanted to know what was happening with the online applications for the new zone 16 permits that I submitted for my wife and me. The initial email response was that I would receive a copy of my applications by email and someone would reach out within 3 full business days to confirm receipt. That was on 8/18. Today is the seventh business day since then and neither of those two things has happened. Enforcement of zone 16 is supposed to start in September. I want to know if we will have our permits by then.

It seems that Parking Department is out of control. Where are the supervisor or workers ??
