THEY SAID THEY GOT THE MONEY TO FIX IT SIOHOPEFULLY THEY WILL GET STARTED SOON

The proposed fix will be nice; however this is a temporary fix. From all I have read, the "big fix" (dig the road up, do a total replacement) is still scheduled for 2013 or so.

For the first time since we have lived here Dequindre is a decent road! I love that when we are heading north, we can slow down to turn into Melton without having cars almost run into us and honk in anger. We had to slow down because the road goes uphill and your car would do awful things if you didn't. I also love that there is a left turn lane for Milton (Rochester side) when heading north. Amen. Now what happens to the big fix Oakland County claimed was going to happen to this portion of road in 2014? I had read something that this was a temporary fix until then. How overly expensive THAT would be! Hopefully this was the big fix.
