An illegal encampment has set up shop on Oak Street, between 5th & 6th. They got their tents, tarps & garbage right next to 880’s Oak St off-ramp; can’t miss it. And the crap is blocking the sidewalk (again). All this needs to be removed. It wasn’t there Monday evening, and it is there tonight (Wednesday). Amazing how little time is needed for them to garbage-spread & consume a sidewalk.
