Blatant smoking ordinance violation, as the establishment, named "Scores," openly solicits customers to pay for and order hookahs, and to smoke them inside. These hookahs spew second hand smoke into the interior areas, exposing all people inside, including wait staff, to cancer causing smoke that has been prohibited by law. This also creates a huge fire risk.
