  Which segment of Harrison are you referring to? A project under construction right now is adding a two-way protected bikeway on the lake side of Harrison/Lakeside between Grand and 19th, as well as a southbound buffered bike lane from Grand to 20th. Later work will convert the existing paint-only bike lanes on harrison between Grand and 27th to protected bike lanes. Harrison north of 27th will definitely still need some attention though.
