The ped xing signal button does not work. You have to run across to the press the other signal button to get over to the hospital. I sent the issue to traffic and parking and instead of coming out to test the signal they had a list of questions and no return email address.

The manner in which you posted the issue would have been the return address to use to re-address the problem.

"Please provide more information. What is wrong with the pedestrian signal? For example: Is there a problem with the signal lights?
Is it a timing issue?
Is there a problem with the push button?
The more information that is provided to us will decrease the amount of repair time needed to fix the problem.

You gave more information in See Click Fix as opposed to no information in Web 311 other than its location.
