Description

MDisgusting epidemic of ILLEGAL DUMPING all over Deep East Oakland and surrounding area with GRAFFITI, homeless encampments galore, human waste and garbage strewn about EVERYWHERE ... discarded building materials, furnishings, appliances, used tires, yard clippings without so much as Oakland city services never in attendance. Horrific the inability of the City to cleanse the perpetual Pestilence that is so commonplace. It looks worse than a third world country!!!
