There's always constant trash and filth under the Hwy 24 overpass between Shattuck and Telegraph on 55th Street. This is close to private properties and residences. This underpass is highly used by families walking on foot to and from Temescal and Bushrod. There are some homeless people camped there under the bridge. The state of the area poses a health and public safety crisis. Please clean it and restrict it from camping. We pay heavy taxes living in Oakland. Thanks!
