Unsupervised young people playing basketball with portable (unlawful) basketball hoop in street. I wouldn't even complain if the players just got out of the way of moving cars passing through, but it seems the players believe they have lawful access here. Will it take a car vs. child accident before the game moves to the many public courts in this neighborhood?
