why was this case closed? nothing was done! heavy rain still backed up drainage for most if the day. pedestrians were affected. this is a major street Bissonnet with heavy traffic.

Reopening- definitely not fixed. High traffic area for pedestrians in a "walkable" neighborhood. City of Houston, you can do better- we know you can.
