Lay down area for Titan Earthwork, just West of the Miller Rd. And New Brooklyn intersection. Muddy, silt laden water has been leaving the contractor lay down area and pouring into a catch basin all day. The straw waddle installed by the contractor is not sufficient protection as this drainage leads directly into the saltwater. I would expect the City response to be swift and immediate since this project is a City owned project.
