Yesterday evening I exited the spur and sitting at the light at Richmond, I had a homeless guy come up to my car, I ignored him and he continued to beat on my window. Not only did he break the law by stepping off the sidewalk and into the middle lane to solicit for money, but I consider it assault by banging on my window repeatedly. I called the HPD non-emergency, lord only knows if they even bothered to go check it out.
