  I agree. The tents need to be removed. While they remain there they are an invitation for more homeless people to set up tents.

  The address is incorrect. This is the park across the street that I know as Mandana Green. This issue has been the subject of several previous complaints. See #82179 and #820150. In addition, the subject came up at the Lakeshore Business Improvement Annual Meeting Monday night at which Mayor Schaff said that the most effective response from concerned neighbors is to call 311 and report the homeless encampment. The more calls that are received, the more likely it is that the area will be designated as an "Invitation Zone" where homeless individuals will be offered a Tuff Shed and additional services. Once a designated area is cleared, it becomes a "No Camping" zone.
