Description

This is a 4th attempt about the homeless camping by the emergency exit stair case of the Veteran's Memorial Building.

They fight, and play loud music until midnight, drug use, harassing tenants at 123 Bay Place. This issue has been brought to the city's attention MULTIPLE times with nothing being done.

It is UNACCEPTABLE!!
We have senior citizens across the street as well as school children in this area.
