  Neighborhoods in the flatlands need to unite and fight the egregious neglect. In Mosswood Park, the community garden is dying because the water keeps going out, needles found everywhere outside of the disgusting bathrooms, the bathrooms at Lake Merritt is unusable and the porty potties are filty, West Oakland sidewalks and parks overrun with tents, needles and feces. Our Mayor is grandstanding as a warrior against ICE?
