There was a group of people canvasing my neighborhood last week under the guise of Liberty electric distribution company. I was extremely dubious about their sales pitch. They had no literature or identification It was a mixed group of men & women. I wonder if they are using multiple scams in the area. That they are both using the moniker " Liberty " is more than a coincidence. I always worry they are casing a neighborhood, looking to come back. at a later date to break in and rob.

If anyone has cameras on their front porch, it would help to capture images of the perpetrators for our local law enforcement officials.

One of them came to our door claiming to be from an organization called Urban Development Solutions. I did not speak to them long enough to find out what that individual was selling. However, I did research the organization online, and it appears to also be a magazine subscription scam. Beware.

Call public safety 203 946-6316 when it is first happening, you can then post to alert others. As you can see the city has yet to acknowledge this post. probably never saw it.
