Description

Cars are constantly being ticketed because of improper sign posting. They are ambiguous and should be be posted in the proper position. It's just not fair and the parking authority couldn't care less.

In this location there is a posted No Stopping prohibition during the afternoon rush hour and a Loading Zone the rest of the time. The parking meters apply the rest of the time and block.

The issue I have is with the placement of the signs. They are located on the wrong side of the pole which makes it difficult to determine if it is a valid parking spot.

There are (small) arrows but I suppose it could be clearer. If I were you I would email directly to 311@toronto.ca They seem to pay more attention to direct email.

A good samaritan has added homemade signs to clarify the parking situation.

I saw that. Although this is nice to see, I can't believe the city won't properly display the signs. It has been an issue for several years.
