They have cut through the fencing on a piece of property as well. Seen all hours of the day and I have seen them urinating and drinking publicly

This problem with homeless has not been resolved for a few years. There has been a fire there recently adding to the public safety issue(s). The situation has gotten worse instead of better and spreading into private properties. It is also a health issue and must be evacuated immediately!!!
