The case had was referred to abatement on 12/29/17 so case is not overdue. It has to go through legal process before sending to a contractor for abatement. It is currently in the correct milestone and is being addressed.

I received a call from Mr. Sullivan @ midtown 713-526-7577 he called regarding the vacant lot at the above address. He states the concern citizens who live in the townhouses need the vacant lot wants to know the status. I reviewed the case and it appears the inspector completed a check back on 12/29/2017 in the property is still non-compliance. His message indicates please abate; milestone indicates in process. He state City View Property Vanessa Yeomas handle the property 731-805-4882. He reports the situation is worst, there’s a mattress on the lot and vagrants are sleeping in the lot. I documented the case.

I just looked at it this afternoon as well, yes its bad. I phone DON and had them reopen another case against the property owner to have this resolved. I should have a response from COH shortly.
