Overgrown vacant lot - owner representative previously indicated that this lot will be mowed twice a month in the warmer season and that has yet to be done this month and another month is approaching. Clothing materials and trash can also be found on this lot and who knows what else. I don't want to have to micromanage this lot every time I want this lot cleaned. Do we need to get the COH inspector involved? Thank you.
