Opis

For the past week a bald, white man usually on a cell phone goes between Walgreens parking lot and McDonalds on west side of Meriden asking for money.The man looks between 35 to 45 yrs. old.He has a black jacket and sometimes a brown wool hat. He usually says he is out of gas and has a baby in the car for sympathy.Beware there is no baby or car.The police have been notified.
