  Damage being done is from those businesses plowing out their properties and pushing the snow off their lots onto city property. Soon after the city installed trees and shrubs with automatic water sprinklers and landscaping timbers all along Commercial street and the pedestrian walk way. Those businesses destroyed it. Pushing the landscape timbers and ripping out the under ground piping for the sprinklers...

  I have spoken with the Manager of the Lumber company and asked him speak with his supervisor to see if they can fix them. He said he would try. This was on 09/18/18 Let's give them a chance to be a good neighbor. City Electrician John Giardi
