Description

I'm so sad with Libby Schaff, not helping Oakland with the Homeless problem. On the corner of Alameda Avenue & Fruitvale across from the beautiful tidewater trail (a trail the city spent millions to preserve) there is the beginnings of a dirty, filty probably disease ridden line of non working RV's and trailers with homeless people living from them. I watched a semi-naked homeless man throw a beer bottle at a stray dog yesterday. The glass bottle breaking and the poor dog walking on glass. Please send the police to clear this away. Please help east oakland stay clean. East Oakland gets the short end of the stick on everything, at the very least we can clear away the encampments to keep it clean.
