  I have sent in a previous request about this area. Today, there are 8 non-moving recreational vehicles that have been there for months. In two cases, RVs have been combined by a tent or piece of wood between them. I will report to the Police Department as directed but there is no safe way to get the license numbers (some of the inhabitants are hostile). Also, there are two huge piles of junk that have been there for ages. Finally, I saw a group of school children walking on the path next to the Estuary. It seems insane to allow the RV dwellers to take over an area intended as a walkway which is not suitable for children at the present time.
