Lower Augur Street between Farnswoth and Newhall Street and between Newhall and Putnam is always littered with a variety of junk which never gets picked up unless I do it while walking my dog-Please public works-can you attend to this at least once a week and I'll try to help-the litter makes this area look like an inner city slum and for the taxes we pay it needs to be taken care of-let's not forget southern Hamden even though the rich do not live here- In addition the storm drain at the corner of Augur and Putnam is completely clogged -water from heavy rains sits for days following a storm and in colder weather freezes causing a serious traffic hazzard at the sto sign-
