SCF is a valuable resource to report chronic problems, needed repairs to infrastructure, blight, downed lines, broken lights, potholes, graffiti, many other things. Thanks Wes. I appreciate your comment. I think that the illegal parking situation here IS a chronic problem. There are cars parked illegally in this area every day, but I'll only think about reporting it when it presents a safety issue (such as blocking a fire hydrant).

Car is gone, so closed now.
