On MacArthur Blvd at this location on the South Side there is a driveway / alley for several homes. Cars regularly park on MacArthur Blvd very close to this alley, because the parking stripes and signs are missing. The result is that the drivers entering / exiting this alleyway are often "blind" to traffic on MacArthur, and even sometimes blocked entirely from access to the alleyway.
