Description
Though grateful for the city picking up our trash / recycling streetside, we have an ongoing issue of the trucks leaving the bins in the street. This week, most of the neighborhood's (Wilmot, Meredith, Orchard, Asbury, Vann) blue recyling bins are in the street, not on the curb. This impedes the path of pedestrian's walking (we have no sidewalks), plus the postal truck has to skirt around a blue bin to get to everybody's mailboxes. Can you advise?
