Every day now at 4:00 PM two comedians exit the Menands Bridge eastbound and fly up Burke Street the wrong way to get to Stowe. One clown almost got somebody head-on Monday. TPD please have a little "visit" with them some day. They won't see you if you're sitting on Stowe until it's too late. I'd love to hear their excuse when they get caught
