Sharraxaadda

There is a stop sign in the crossroads of Camino Estrada and Concord Blvd. Every time I go for a walk, I see vehicles not stopping for the stop signs which is dangerous of kids who I see on a walk to the park all the time and since I live in the vicinity I can hear people blaring their music in the car while momentarily slowing down or stopping and rev up their engine loud. This is not fun especially at night. If there was a traffic signal here, majority of the time it would stay green for traffic going East/West in Concord Blvd making it so that vehicles do not have to stop.
