Deskripsyon

Driving on Elmwood is akin to driving over railroad tracks. The payment is so broken up in so many places that I have seen cars swerving in and out of lanes and within lanes and even across lanes into oncoming trafiic to try and minimize damage to their cars to avoid these numerous broken patches and potholes.

Elmwood is scheduled to be resurfaced from Willow to Saginaw this construction season.

The resurfacing of Elmwood is great and a tremendous improvement over what it was. Thank you very much. It is very appreciated. However, there is already an uneven surface patch on the brand new road. Apparently an issue was discovered that necessitated digging up a section of roadway to repair it. When it patched over it left an uneven surface that is sure to develop into the first problem for this brand new road. Someone please explain why the repair couldn't be integrated evenly with the rest of the brand new road.

Regrettably, after the road was completed there was a water main break that necessitated cutting into the brand new pavement. Trust me when I say that our Utilities Dept. Director was sick about having to cut into it. A very unfortunate scenario to say the least.
