there has been a dead palm tree in this yard for almost a year, and I'm afraid its going to fall onto my house. the top of it fell of at least 6 months ago. I would appreciate it if you could send them a notice to have it removed

Also, i believe they put up the fence without having a permit, to cover up all of the debris in the yard. they have been working on this house for almost 3 years.
