Deskripsyon

The sidewalk is buckling all along the front of this property creating dangers for both pedestrians and for people in wheelchairs. I fell and injured my arm due to this sidewalk damage.

The correct address for the damage is 776 West Grand Avenue, not 716.

Unless the damage was caused by an official city street tree its the responsibility of the fronting property owner to maintain and repair there sidewalks this includes weeding. See Sec 5610 of the Calif State Streets and Highway Code and Sec 12.04 of the Oakland Municipal Code.
