Delivery trucks and illegally parked cars routinely make vehicular traffic impossible on this street -- particularly at the intersection with State Street but also at the dead end of the block, and particularly at night, when the local bars and restaurants are open.

We need immediate and continuing help from Traffic and Parking. The City could make a small fortune just patrolling this block every night for a few weeks....
