Late night to early morning(11-4) the lights going north and south only stay green for a few seconds, maybe enough time for 3 cars or so to go through, but the lights going west stay green for much longer, what seems like 3-4 times longer, but there is almost never anybody going that way and if there is its usually 1 or 2 cars max.
