Thank you for contacting the City of Saint Paul. Unfortunately "121-143 Oxford St N" is not enough information to mail a letter. Our ability to provide quick service is dependent upon the complainant's ability to provide an address or specific directional intersection corner (SE, SW, NE, NW). Therefore, we will need additional information to handle this complaint.
** Please check ** the location of your request so we can send a letter to the property owner and occupant.
Thank you for your contacting the City of Saint Paul.
Please allow me to explain the complaint process so you have a better idea of what happens when a complaint is received by this office. Approximately 48-72 hours after a complaint is entered for an address, a work order is created and printed for the inspector to investigate. If an address is NOT provided, a work order will be created and printed tomorrow and Friday this week for the inspector to drive that area; he or she would return to the office to individually enter the addresses of properties that need to be shoveled, wherein a letter is mailed to the property owner. 48-72 working hours after the letter is mailed, the inspector will return to the property to see if the property owner complied with the order. In this case, that would take place on Monday or Tuesday next week. Please understand the process takes time when an address is not supplied.
